To apply for a corporate account you need to submit company and director related information, the compliance team will review the account opening information for you within 24 hours of receiving the account opening information, account opening application information contains:

1. Basic information
   Basic information of the enterprise registration, including enterprise name, registration number, address, etc., as well as a brief introduction to the business of the enterprise and the description of the purpose of the account.

2）Director information

Enterprise director information, including director identity information and contact information.

(3) Information on the actual controller

UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) information is required.

4）Related Documents

You need to upload enterprise related documents, we support English and Chinese data information upload:

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Articles of Association/Memorandum of Association

• Directors' Register

• Membership Roster

• Organization Chart

• Certificate of Company Address

• Company License (if any)

• Latest audited financial report

• ID cards and passports of all directors and beneficial owners
