What should I do if I have made a mistake in the information of the receiving account when I send money from Bano?

When you find out that the payment information is wrong, please try to cancel the payment in the payment details page. If the payment has not been sent from Bano to the beneficiary bank yet, it will be withdrawn and the related handling fee will be refunded to your account.

If the transfer has already been sent from Bano, we recommend you to contact the receiving bank to check the status of the payment. If the funds are returned by the receiving bank, the funds will be refunded to your Bano account. The refund time and handling fee will depend on the receiving bank, and Bano will not charge any additional handling fee.
