Why is there an error when I upload a file?
Template file uploaded error prompts, you need to fill in the corresponding help file according to the example to check fill in the content, modify and re-upload.
Common errors include:
Your file is not in .CSV format.
Your file size is larger than 100MB
Your batch file has more than 1,000 transfers or recipients
The header row and column names have changed
You may be using special characters or punctuation marks
Currency code is required for both the remittance currency and the recipient's currency
You have entered a payee organization that is not supported by UnionPay.
Extra spaces
If you still receive an error message even after your document has been modified and you are not sure of the reason for the error, please contact us through your account manager or online customer service.
